Blango 2010

Councillor Columba Blango is standing as the Liberal Democrat parliamentary candidate for Camberwell and Peckham in UK parliamentary elections in May 2010. A Sierra Leonian former decathlete, Mayor of Southwark and school teacher, he believes that with your help he can bring change to our area. This site acts as a way for you to get to know Columba and how you can get involved in his campaign.

Many people say that Camberwell and Peckham will always return a Labour MP. Labour believe this too – and have taken our community for granted for too long. But the BLANGO2010 campaign believe that by inspiring local people and presenting fresh ideas, we can involve hundreds of local people who can change our area forever and give all of our community the representation they deserve.
